In partnership with Google Cloud, I led the design of the Agentic Enterprise Blueprint - a unified system for building and scaling AI agents. It brings together data, platform, security, and compute into a single architecture, turning complex infrastructure into a clear, operable framework for building with Gemini. The system aligns how AI is built, understood, and deployed across the enterprise - making complex systems legible for the teams building with them and translating executive vision into a cohesive narrative framework.
Translating the system into a live, spatial experience.
The system begins as a continuous field of compute - a visual expression of raw power before it is segmented into products or use cases. The flowing waveform communicates expansive connectivity, scale, and efficiency, reframing infrastructure from something abstract into something felt. This establishes a foundational idea: in the agentic era, compute is not a component, it is a unified system that everything else is built upon.
From that continuous field, structure emerges. The lattice introduces order, turning raw compute into connected context - a system that can understand relationships, not just process inputs. Visually, this shifts the narrative from power to intelligence, showing how fragmented data becomes a coherent, navigable fabric that agents can reason over with confidence.
As the system scales, it becomes self-aware. The visual language tightens into a dense, uniform field, signaling control, vigilance, and continuous monitoring. Rather than depicting security as a perimeter, this layer embeds protection directly into the system - a persistent, autonomous presence that secures every interaction without slowing the system down.
With context and security established, the system becomes operable. The platform is expressed as a point of convergence where models, data, and tools are brought into alignment and directed into workflows. This layer translates intelligence into coordinated capability, providing the structure required to build, govern, and scale agents with precision.
At the pinnacle of the system, everything activates. The structured field breaks into a distributed network of specialized agents, moving in coordinated patterns that suggest both autonomy and alignment. This is where intelligence becomes action - a taskforce of agents operating in parallel, adapting in real time, and working together as a dynamic extension of the enterprise.
We explored a range of graphic approaches for the unified system but settled on the isometric stack as it was most grounded in the existing Google brand architecture.
